春の兆し

　　　　３月６日　　

　２月の花教室をすっかり忘れた侘び、５日（第一火曜）　　３ヵ月ぶりです　

　花友は　薔薇に挑戦を　　私は薔薇はNOです。　（感性が鈍り薔薇が怖い　）

　

　　２月の花は　ゴールデングラス　（ゴージャスな名前の割に　可愛い小花）

　　花の生地は　ニノン（ゴース）花先を手捻りし　芯に巻きつけるシンプルな工程

　　　（作ることは好きでも、緻密な作業は無理になってきた　）

　　　　　　　　

　　　　　　　　余暇を楽しんで、ボケ防止花つくり（教室に完成花を忘れた～

　　　　　　　　記憶の薄れぬうちに、頑張って・・・・・５本出来たよ～　　後・２５本です。

 　３月の声に　お粗末庭の花にも彩りが（パンジーの他はひとり生えの安い庭）

　　ピンクの花は、極暑を耐えて芽生えたものを株分けした。　春色に庭を染めています。

　

　愛知県立大学看護学部・尾張旭市共同研究

　　　地域高齢者の摂食・嚥下障害予防サポートのアンケート・チエックに引っかかり

　　　６日午後・市健康福祉センターに　～

　　　簡単な検査や食事前の飲み込に関する体操　　むせにくい姿勢・食事の時の注意

　　誤嚥を防ぐ食事のとり方を、自身で日頃訓練して健康な日々を送らなくては

　　とても有意義な検査＆個人指導の一時でした。～

ゴールデングラス、優しい色のお花ですね。
摂食・嚥下障害予防サポートなどというものがあるのですね。
とろみ食があることは知っていましたが、
食事前の飲み込に関する体操まであるとは知りませんでした。
誤嚥は防ぎたいですものね。

ボケ防止なんて考えるとつまらなくなるよ～～。楽しいから作っているに変えましょう。また、キレイなのが沢山出来そうね。

誤嚥はこわい。お水飲むときも、姿勢が大切らしいですね。気を付けましょう。

訪問が遅れました・・・体調の悪い割には、頑張ってあちこちの
用事で出歩いていました。
わびさんは健康に気を付けていらっしゃる様ですが・・・お友達と
一緒に動かれるので安心しています(∩_∩)
手先を動かす事はボケ防止・・・ですってね(^^;　それと何にでも
興味を持つ事・・・私も見習わなくってはと思います。
お庭にも綺麗なお花が咲きましたね・・・我が家は今年はなんにも無し。
